Position Overview
Are you someone that understands the intersection between Employee Relation (ER) case management and corporate risk? Do you have a thorough understanding of relevant federal and local laws? If you have proven case management experience to include –
• working with employees, managers, and leaders in performance management;
• assessing internal concerns;
• supporting complex ADA accommodation cases, reorganizations, and terminations;

Your primary responsibilities will be to:
• Work with people managers and employees on topics like performance management, internal concerns, reorganizations, position eliminations, etc
• Coach people managers in effective and proactive people management subjects
• Understand and execute against understanding of corporate risk associated with relevant employment laws/requirements
• Partner heavily with our legal employment law team and our employee benefits team
• Support complex leave topics (ADA, FMLA, etc.) when escalated beyond standard process
• Support the broader HR Business Partner community on additional projects (focus groups, team builds, talent reviews, etc.)
Qualifications
• 5 - 7 years of related experience
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working in a role that offers comparable experience
• College Degree or equivalent work experience
