At Grant Thornton, our professional staff applies traditional, cutting-edge approaches and methods to a variety of analyses. As part of our team, the Senior Associate will utilize various methodologies and models to execute client projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• Individual will responsible for supporting all aspects of Organizational Change Management including strategic communications, end user training, and stakeholder management in support of a large system implementation.
• Activities will include authoring reference guides, communications, and website content to communicate with impacted users.
• It will also include developing and delivering training using the ADDIE methodology to prepare Client for future software releases.
• Finally, it will include meeting with users to understand their current processes and developing customer experience maps to facilitate the agreement of future state between stakeholders and developers.
• Support other Program Management activities as required. This could include analyzing transaction data and assessing impacts, writing user stories, planning for release meetings, creating dashboards to monitor team progress, roadmap planning, etc.
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
• Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.
Qualifications
• 5 years of experience with a Bachelor's or 3 years of experience with a Master's doing some or all of the following: stakeholder management, transition planning, outreach, training design and delivery, strategic communications, website design, metrics monitoring;
• Advanced degree can be substituted for one year of experience.
• 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's or 8 years of experience with a Master's in same areas as above.
• Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees.
• U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.
• Travel may be required.
• Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
• Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.
• Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
