Our Practice - JLL Consulting helps public and private sector organizations address some of their most complex and challenging corporate real estate (CRE), facilities management (FM), and workplace-related issues. We help companies improve the performance of their real estate and facilities management organizations, drive maximum efficiency relative to real estate and workplace assets, advise clients how business goals can be enabled by current and future technologies such as IWMS, smart buildings, and artificial intelligence. Our team leverages a time-tested set of accelerators, tools, and techniques, designed to help companies in their efforts to jump-start the performance of the CRE, FM, or workplace organizations. We work on a cross-functional basis, integrating real estate, finance, human capital, and digital technology capabilities to effectively restructure our client’s organizations, operations, and assets. What this job involves - As a Vice President, you will lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative solutions for large companies, helping them restructure their CRE, FM, or workplace operating models, organizational structures, and service delivery models. Manager-level responsibilities include: providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement. You will be expected to implement and oversee the quality of deliverables, effectively manage the functional and technical team, support functional tracks of the transformation and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Vice Presidents participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities. You will have the opportunity to lead your own engagements or components of large, complex engagements with the following focus: Design and / or restructuring of CRE, FM, or workplace operating models, organizational structures, and service delivery modelsDesign and / or improvement of CRE, FM, or workplace business processesDevelopment of real estate and facilities portfolio optimization strategiesDesign and implementation of workplace strategies, digital workplace technology strategies, and workforce mobility programs Delivery of CRE, FM, or workplace IT platform advisory services, including strategy development, requirements development, and implementation support Desired Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceMinimum of 10 years industry experience either in the corporate real estate / facilities management function or as a consultant in real estate / facilities services.Experience organizing project work (e.g., developing a work breakdown structure and assigning resources to deliverables) and driving complex projects from start to completion with an approach that helps transfer knowledge to clients, is collaborative with clients, and comes across with personal authorityExperience telling good stories supported by effective data analysis and data visualization.Experienced facilitator, communicator and able to write proposals and define client “scope of work” statementsAbility to communicate information in written reports that might contain technical informationAbility to communicate using effective visual graphicsSix sigma knowledge is preferredProfessional Services Consulting and Sales experience with the Big Four Firms and/or Executive Management consulting firms, consulting experience preferredAffinity and understanding in the areas of data science, business intelligence and CRE technology systems integration a plusBachelors Degree in Engineering or Architecture a plus. Other desirable credentials include CoreNET MCR, CPA, and MBAExcellent computer skills with advanced proficiency of all Microsoft Office Suite applications. Knowledge of Tableau a plus.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with a strong analytical ability.Knowledge of organizational change management techniques such as Change Acceleration Process (CAP) or the Heart of Change or LaMarsh Managed Change or Prosci.
