Description Strategic Consulting currently seeks a Consultant to help our team successfully complete engagements for occupier clients in the following areas: Portfolio Strategy (including location analysis)Deal structuring support and complex analyticsWorkplace StrategiesMerger and Acquisition StrategyCorporate Real Estate Organizational Strategy & Process design Responsibilities Gather and evaluate economic, demographic and real estate market dataPrepare and deliver client presentations with influence and impact for the client. Review and analyze quantitative data, legal documents and other materials as part of an opportunity assessment or due diligence processAssist team members in the evaluating and structuring real estate transactions and in providing strategic planning services to clientsDevelop pro forma financials on pre-tax, after-tax, net present value cash flow and book bases, and unique client chargeback and lease versus ownership analysisPerform complex financial analyses with minimal supervisionEvaluate client alternatives; define and execute relevant qualitative and quantitative analysisPrepare proposals for new or follow on engagements utilizing effective work planning capabilities Responsible for client interactionAssist leadership team with research to ensure we stay on top of cutting-edge workplace trends Qualifications B.A./B.S. requiredInterest in real estate3-4 years of related work experience Project execution and consulting experience is highly desirableStrong financial/analytical skills with proven capabilities in financial modelingHighly developed verbal and written communication skillsSelf-starter and a team playerStrong organizational skills, intellectual curiosity and experience using, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.High level of customer service skills and professionalism required #LI
