The Role:
We’re looking for the next top talent to join our rock star team at Dun & Bradstreet’s Global HQ location as a People Team Generalist. You’ll be part of a team supporting our global Marketing and Customer Experience organizations. We’re taking the business to the next level and this is an exciting time to join as we scale the business.

So, what exactly does a People Team Generalist do?
You’ll be part of a group that is the face of our People team at Dun & Bradstreet. Your team provides the overall ‘people’ support to the global Marketing and Customer Experience organizations.
You’ll guide and coach plus play a key role in helping figure out the ebbs and flows of people coming in and out, making sure we’re building future stars, handling those less than desirable employee situations and helping find other top dogs to join our team! The role requires a highly collaborative customer centric approach with various stakeholder groups, inside and outside of the People Team. You’ll provide advice and support on all aspects of people management processes and challenges. In this role you will also serve as project manager of certain key events (talent assessments, bonus planning, etc) as well as represent the team on global projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the People Business Partner team on the full range of people disciplines including culture, employee relations, compensation, recruitment, and training & development.
• Partner with the People Business Partner team to tell a story using data, insights and dashboards.
• Analyze data, identify key issues, and prepare comprehensive recommendations and dashboards.
• Assist the People Business Partner team in implementing the Talent agenda through organizational design and optimization of human capital resources, including talent planning, assessment and management.
• Help drive the Total Rewards agenda including annual bonus and merit processes
Position Requirements:
• Ability to analyze data, identify key issues, prepare comprehensive recommendations and dashboards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas in a clear, concise and organized manner.
• Flexible and adaptable communication style and ability to engage with all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify key issues, prepare comprehensive recommendations and dashboards.
• Strong self- awareness to build collaborative relationships across the organization
• Intermediate + skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to navigate through change, have an impact and influence others, help drive to winning outcomes
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state and local legislation affecting the workplace
• Success working with cross functional matrixed teams to drive results
• A level of exposure or familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean or Agile philosophies
• Confidence in facilitating group meetings on a variety of topics
• Bachelor’s degree is required and PHR/SPHR certification preferred
• 1-2 years of rounded out People Team experience, preferably with Generalist experience
