Position Highlights
The Participant Services Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting the Participant Services reporting process across all lines of business and locations. This role is responsible to define, architect and deliver insightful and actionable reporting that is highly available to all stakeholders and end users. Additionally the analyst is responsible to support the alignment of our reporting and KPI measurements across the participant services landscape. To achieve these this role is responsible to partner with enabling functions and technology in ways that that will build trust, effectiveness and improved results. Responsible for supporting performance measurement of the goals for service initiatives and standards to with relevant trends to associated targets. The Analyst works closely with the Participant Services team to identify reporting needs, opportunities and delivery that will enable us to obtain retention of existing business, acquisition of new business, and meeting client contractual obligations.
Primary Responsibilities
• Provide ad hoc reporting as needed to support day to day operations
• Create daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting
• Gather reporting requirements
• Assist project work as assigned
• Ensure scheduled jobs run on-time and resolves failures
• Impact daily/weekly performance by providing timely and accurate reporting
• Provide assistance in larger projects that can drive long-term enhancements within the reporting team as well within Participant Services
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred or equivalent education and experience
• FINRA 6 registration permitted, but not required. Corporate-established timelines apply to permitted registrations.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.
• Minimum 3 years of SQL, data analysis and custom reporting experience, preferably in the financial services industry
• Understanding of Business Intelligence Tools (Qlik, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Spotfire, etc)
• Knowledge of database design and usage
• Knowledge of process automation
• Knowledge of the business
• Established background in data analysis, report generation tools and related databases.
• Experience with financial services contact channels and data
• Thorough understanding of data integration between applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
