Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting with the marketing functions of MB Financial’s Mortgage division and supporting the MB Mortgage Marketing team with an emphasis on the administration, maintenance and support of MB’s marketing/CRM platform, Vantage. Prioritize and manage day-to-day tasks within the scope of the Mortgage division’s overall marketing vision. Research and provide analysis of options as they relate to marketing.
This is an intermediate level role that works under minimal guidance and has no formal leadership responsibility for a team at this time.
Essential Job Duties:
1. Maintain marketing campaigns in Vantage. This would include design, set up, and implementation of campaigns.
2. Maintain marketing material in Vantage to keep current and accurate.
3. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns administered through Vantage and update/create campaigns as needed to increase effectiveness.
4. Maintain marketing campaigns in Vantage. This would include design, set up, and implementation of campaigns.
5. Keep abreast of MB’s changing processes and maintain Vantage to make sure information sent is current and accurate.
6. Serve as liaison between MB and Vantage regarding system issues and updates.
7. Support the Sales staff with regard to Vantage questions, training, updates to functionality, etc.
8. Handle onboarding (uploading customer/referral lists) and termination of Sales staff with regard to users in Vantage.
9. Work with Vantage Production to request enhancements and customization of the system for our needs.
10. Maintains procedures/documents on all processes for which this position is responsible.
11. Keeps up-to-date on the mortgage industry by reading industry-specific trade periodicals and/or web sites.

13. Performs additional responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of related work experience, preferably in residential mortgage
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize assignments with an emphasis on timeliness and responsiveness
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office products
Working Conditions and Demands (If Applicable):
Hours are Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm with occasional overtime required. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
