• The Technology Team supports the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of all banking systems. This team has the expertise and commitment to develop high-quality solutions to meet the needs of a fast-paced and complex operating environment.
• The Operations Team supports the processing for all the bank’s transaction channels. Each day, this team excels when faced with opportunities and challenges to make a meaningful, error-free difference for our customers.
• The Commercial Operations Analyst Ill- Data Team is responsible for analyzing and understanding data tssues, communicating the issues to the appropriate.
• Operations developing tactics with the Operations Team to correct data and/or process, and follow up to validate that the assigned issues are resolved.
• More complex issues, delays and obstacles will be escalated to the team leader for reassignment or guidance.
• Identify data qua/tty tssues presented by the Data Quality team.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for a designated system in Commercial Operations.
• Liaison for other Commercial Operations teams with data quality issues for remediation.
• Ensure all loans identified are validated, remediated. and determination of processing error or procedure modification.
• Maintain tracking spreadsheet status for all issues.
• Participate on calls with Data Management Control Center, and Commercial Operations and other teams to review status and priorities.
• Meet with Team/Ops Managers to suggest implement process and procedure changes where identified to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or technology.
At least 3 years operations or technology experience.
Strong communication, organizational skills and ability to multi-task.independently and problem solve
Project management skills- ability to work under pressure to ensure all deadlines are met.
Advanced knowledge in Excel.
Some experience in banking systems and operational processes/procedures.
