Job Description
Serve as a key member of the Investor Relations team to lead initiatives focused on the development, implementation and management of proactive communication strategies. These initiatives include the preparation of earnings presentations and press releases, communicating investor perceptions and opinions, interaction with members of the media, preparation of materials for the Boards of Directors, analysis of industry competitive intelligence and rating agency relationship management. Members of the investor relations team work closely with C-level executives and upper management across the organization in executing the group’s responsibilities. This role requires a solid understanding of the company’s strategic objectives, financial performance and operations.
• Drive long-term corporate communication development initiatives in partnership with business lines and corporate functions
• Develop quarterly earnings disclosures, including presentations, press releases, discussion materials and the execution all logistics related to the public dissemination of the earnings material
• Oversee researching of investor inquiries and the development of responses
• Perform review and analysis of sell-side models
• Provide regular updates to executive management on industry updates and competitive developments
• Develop materials including board documents, presentations and other ad-hoc analysis for key stakeholders
• Provides managerial guidance and support to direct reports
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Preferred Qualifications
Skills & Abilities:
• 4 Year college degree (Bachelor) or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years experience
• Direct experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, corporate communications, investment management
• Post-graduate degree or certification (MBA, CPA, CFA) a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to work well with executive management
• Demonstrated ability to define, analyze, research, and communicate issues
• Must be a self-starter with strong analytical skills and attention to deta
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel skills
