Vice President - Sourcing & Supplier Management
Overview
• The Sourcing & Supplier Management organization is working to establish a supply chain that is a competitive advantage for Mastercard
• We create and maximize shareholder value by managing our global supply chain, with an emphasis on risk, cost, performance, diversity, and innovation.

Role
• Leads team of Marketing sub-category directors, conducts goal setting and performance appraisal processes, coaches and develops employees as an organizational resource
• Provides leadership with expertise on market conditions, industry trends, product knowledge and emerging supply options
• Works with category teams and regional stakeholders (e.g.. legal, finance) to understand historical spend data, future demands and obligations across category portfolio
• Establishes relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers and partnerships
• Be a positive voice within the Sourcing & Supplier leadership team ensuring we are focusing on continuous improvement, leveraging best practices, developing our team, and driving bottom line impact

• Proven ability to rely on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals in a fast-paced, changing environment

• Executive presence with strong verbal and written communication skills
