What will you do?
• Provide excellent customer service and empower our millions of customers.
• Make outbound and accept inbound calls to collect payments from customers that are delinquent on their loans.
• Representatives will provide customer solutions and negotiate payment arrangements with customers.

• Excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills
• Exemplify quality customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Must be an analytical and a critical thinker
• Results Oriented and self motivated
• Ability to adapt to change
• Hard working with excellent attendance
• Must be able to work between the hours of 12:00 pm and 9:00 pm, and Saturdays from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm. Schedule not to exceed 40 hours in a week (Shift qualifies for some shift differential pay).

• 10% shift differential for all hours worked from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and all hours work on Saturday
