Manages workflow and quality of bankruptcy activity
• Oversees, directs, and develops supervisors
• Monitor attorney progress
• Analyze pipeline and production reporting
• Working with management team to identify problems and improve bankruptcy process
• Communicating company and unit policy, procedures, and practices
• Making employment decisions and setting performance standards
• Training and coaching staff; writing and conducting performance evaluations
• Performing product and/or business case analysis
• Responsible for day-to-day application of, and adherence to, the Bankruptcy Code
• All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Mortgage Default experience, especially in the servicing and/or invoicing arena is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college is preferred, but prior work experience will be considered.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with Desktop Invoice Management and Process Management preferred.
• Experience with FiServ, MSP, or other mortgage platforms preferred.
• Strong computer skills.
• Prior experience with Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, REO and Property Preservation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, research and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Must be able to provide clear, concise written responses that are recorded in the client’s invoice processing system.
• Leadership skills and ability to organize and motivate others.
• Prior lead experience preferred.
