Senior Product Manager
The Senior Product Manager translates the product strategy into a roadmap. You will coordinate market research and collection of technology watch data and provide technical guidance for future investment needs, as well as release priorities in the development of the product roadmap. You will be a champion both within Fiserv and in the market for the unique needs of the credit union market and delighting credit unions and their members with a compelling offering.
Senior Product Manager will:
• Be accountable for product line revenue and growing and realizing the full portfolio market opportunity
• Establish a clear product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritized product portfolio.
• Orchestrate Go-To-Market activities by working with Sales and Marketing to execute on Fiserv’s digital strategy in the credit union market.
• Contribute a strong market perspective to Fiserv’s business strategy and translate the business strategy into tangible product strategies that ensures the division meets its growth objectives.
• Establish and grow relationships with key digital stakeholder groups across Fiserv.
• Actively participate in enterprise wide strategies initiatives and collaboration groups as a thought leader.

Job Responsibilities
• Develops strategic vision and tactical product roadmaps for assigned products.
• Achieves annual product revenue and profitability goals.
• Creates product and business requirements based on market analysis, business strategy and customer needs in the aligned marketplace.
• Identifies opportunities to develop business plans, marketing strategy, pricing strategy, financial and transaction based forecasts.
• Consults with Product Marketing to develop launch plans, define marketing requirements and ensure key product collateral exists; e.g. product guides, sales presentations, demo scripts, feature comparisons, etc.
• Manages the product life cycle process for your product offerings, from initial ideation to final product sunset.
• Supports Sales by providing training and guidance and removing roadblocks to profitable growth.

Job Requirements
Required Education
◦ Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
Required Experience
◦ 5+ years of experience in product management.
Required Skills and Knowledge
◦ Possesses strong desire to take ownership and provide leadership to accomplish business goals. Self-starter, with strong work ethic and personal drive that inspires others to follow and act.
◦ Experience developing, managing and selling the financial investment needed for proposed projects/products to senior leadership.
◦ Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify new opportunities to expand market share. Strong business acumen.
◦ Strong executive presence & exceptional communication skills (verbal, written). Ability to rapidly engage a diverse audience of internal / external stakeholders and influence/build consensus across a matrixed team.
◦ Demonstrated ability to build, lead and execute strategy in a collaborative environment.
◦ Superior ability to build and maintain positive working relationships. Team driven, client focused.
◦ Exceptional analytical, organizational and project management skills. Ability to quickly gather, analyze and apply relevant information to make timely and critical decisions. Sense of urgency.
◦ Strong tolerance for ambiguity. Ability to focus and execute in a rapidly changing environment.
