The Senior Director, Product Management is responsible for managing the suite of Quality Care Management solutions within the ABILITY product portfolio. This key position manages a team of product managers and multiple cross-functional teams across the company. This role is directly responsible for growing revenue, bookings and market share of the CARE applications.
Responsibilities
• Set the strategic direction of CARE product suite and transform that direction into operational execution that delivers results.
• Develop annual business plans, product roadmap and product positioning within ABILITY markets.
• Oversee market research, monitor competitive activity and identifies market/customer needs and determines how to address those needs.
• Establish pricing strategies.
• Interfaces with sales, marketing, engineering and operations to develop new products and enhance existing products.
• Work with Marketing and Sales to define the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and pricing strategies; ensure the vision, financial milestones, and roadmap are understood
• Operate as the trusted thought leader and voice of the market/customer within ABILITY and externally with customer interactions and events.
• Build and maintain the roadmap for CARE products, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver a unified product plan to the market.
• Develop and implement a company-wide commercialization and launch plan for the products within the product family.
• Develop, drive and coordinate complex product priorities in a fast-paced environment with intra-team and inter-team dependencies.
• Manage Product Managers, including hiring, mentoring, motivating and managing the performance of team members.
Qualifications
• 10+ years of software product management experience, SaaS-based preferred
• 5+ years of healthcare information technology experience with focus on Revenue Cycle Management, Practice Management and/or Clinical systems within the Post-Acute market (Home Health, Long-term Care and/or SNF)
• 5+ years of managing direct reports
• Experience with Pragmatic Marketing or certified in Pragmatic Marketing
• Proven track record of growing a product line and market share
