We have a new position available within our Campus Recruiting Team covering our Engineering space within the Human Capital Management (HCM) division.

As a division, HCM recruits, develops, and rewards the people of Goldman Sachs. Our teams advise, design, and implement strategies, processes, and technologies that help our people advance professionally, drive productivity, and help the firm and our clients achieve superior results.
As a recruiter for our Engineering team you will be responsible for driving direct sourcing recruiting efforts, advising the business on best in class recruiting strategies, and developing an external network to understand the competitive landscape and hiring practices. Additionally in this role, you would develop and deliver an innovative, recruiting strategy to enhance brand awareness, and provide a robust and diverse pipeline of engineering talent for the firm.
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
• Work with the team to develop, coordinate and execute a recruiting strategy for sourcing the best junior talent for a variety of engineering roles across Goldman Sachs
• Design strategy for our recruitment efforts to ensure we are providing our people with a diverse pool of engineering talent
• Take a data driven approach to developing new program strategies
• Attend engineering specific campus events, interviewing and evaluating candidates, making hiring recommendations and managing the offer process
• Educate and sell students on the opportunities and value proposition of joining Engineering at Goldman Sachs
• Manage summer intern programs including training, events, process and offers
• Understand unique opportunities for engagement at universities and how most effectively we can assess talent and enhance strategic recruiting strategies
• Manage relevant metrics, such as budgets, headcount, off cycle hiring, recruiting successes, diversity initiatives and ad hoc projects
• Maintain and develop relationships with candidates, which includes providing information on the firm, recruiting process, and assessing areas of interest within the firm
• Partner across the HR function on various projects and initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong communication, organizational, sales and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize, flex, and work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
• Proven relationship management skills across all levels and within a team
• Desire to learn new businesses and adapt quickly to changing needs
• Demonstrated knowledge of Technology space preferred
• Credibility to influence at the highest levels of the division and firm
• Strong sense of urgency, client focused, commercial, and service oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Drive and energy which engages those involved in recruiting
• Preference for a minimum of 3 + years related experience, familiarity with recruiting cycle and processes
• Ability to understand, dissect and analyze data to drive decisions
• Must be willing to travel up to 15% of the time
