Investment Services includes the Investment Product Management of Capital Group. Its mission is to represent our investment process, thinking and competitive advantages in a compelling manner. The team works closely with sales leadership to identify and meet the needs of our sales force while leveraging media and technology to creatively deliver our investment process and philosophy.
As an Investment Senior Product Specialist , Multi-Asset you will serve as a key member of the Investment Product Management team at Capital Group. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing product and capability gaps and monitoring competitive positioning. You will contribute to product strategy and planning of new investment solutions and support to the sales force.
Responsibilities:
• Contributes to the positioning of our multi asset investment products, strategies, and solutions against competitors and investment trends in the marketplace.
• Supports and advocates for our Multi-Asset investment products, strategies and solutions, as a subject matter expert (SME) to internal and external business partners as needed.
• Responsible for the care and feeding of our Multi-Asset investment products, strategies, and solutions.
• Contributes to the assessment, development and definition of new product ideas, existing product enhancements and capability gaps.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of Multi-Asset class investments experience preferred.
• 5+ years investment related work experience.
• Prior experience in financial services or asset management and possessing intermediate knowledge level in assigned area with the ability to work under direction only as needed.
• Ability to develop both product and project plans with little direction and to execute in a collaborative manner with extreme attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop recommendations and support assertions with relevant quantitative and qualitative data.
• Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills with team members and managers.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, MBA or CFA a plus.
