JOB DESCRIPTION
Cheetah Digital is looking for an experienced, collaborative, and highly motivated Global SEO & Content Marketing Director with a proven ability to lead and direct enterprise SEO Strategy and Content Marketing. The ideal candidate will have deep experience executing data-centric and analytical technical marketing campaigns as well as evergreen programs focused on achieving, maintaining, and expanding organic search visibility in highly competitive verticals at an effective ROI. Demonstrated experience with technical SEO as well as content marketing required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Asses, develop, and ultimately lead the company’s SEO and Content Marketing Strategy in the US market as well a Globally working with in-market resources
• Oversee and work with members of the global marketing team to execute day-to-day SEO and Content Marketing tactics and best practices
• Connect digital marketing strategies with our Software-as-a-Service business model to address inbound and outbound marketing and revenue objectives
• Partner with content creators across the broader organization to transform press releases, case studies, analyst reports, thought leadership, position papers, customer research, and product documentation into optimized content assets that drive measurable value and conversion
• Regularly report on metrics and KPIs associated with Content Marketing and SEO activities as well as on an overall channel basis
• Collaborate with other members of the global marketing team, sales team, and product marketing teams as necessary
• Report on campaigns in a timely manner such that the analysis helps optimize campaigns, helps sales drive maximum value from the outcomes and helps executives understand the ROI of the marketing activity
• Be a thought leader on best practices as it relates to SEO and Content Marketing and serve as a collaborative member of the digital marketing organization
REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERRED SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years of SEO experience working within a marketing organization or a client service based consulting environment with in-depth knowledge of SEO principles
• Proven track record of website optimization achievements and results
• Expertise in an array of SEO and Content Marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer engagement across search, display, social, mobile, and video
• Analytical mindset and familiarity with Google Analytics and enterprise level SEO tools
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• The ability to maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a results and deadline-driven environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are required
• Proven ability to present and pitch ideas effectively to management team
• Genuine curiosity and a strong desire to continuously learn and grow
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth and collaborative environment
• Obsessive attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable interacting with customers, prospects and executives as necessary
