JOB DESCRIPTION
Cheetah Digital is looking for an experienced, collaborative, and highly motivated Global Paid & Biddable Media Director with a proven ability to lead and direct enterprise Paid Media Strategy. The ideal candidate will have deep experience developing and activating data-centric and analytical media campaigns as well as evergreen programs focused on achieving, maintaining, and expanding brand visibility and driving inbound and outbound lead activity in highly competitive verticals at an effective and measurable ROI. Demonstrated experience with biddable media platforms and concepts is required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Asses, develop, and ultimately lead the company’s paid media lead acquisition and Account Based Marketing strategy in the US market as well a Globally working with in-market resources
• Oversee and work with members of the global marketing team to execute day-to-day media tactics and best practices across biddable and non-biddable platforms such as Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, etc.
• Partner with content creators across the broader organization to support press releases, case studies, analyst reports, thought leadership, position papers, customer research, and product documentation with optimized and aligned media investment that drive measurable value and conversion
• Regularly report on budgets, metrics, and KPIs associated with inbound and outbound media campaigns and on a channel level basis as well
• Collaborate with other members of the global marketing team, sales team, and product marketing teams as necessary
• Report on campaigns in a timely manner such that the analysis helps optimize campaigns, helps sales drive maximum value from the outcomes and helps executives understand the ROI of marketing activity or spend
• Be a thought leader on best practices as it relates to Paid and Biddable Media and serve as a collaborative member of the digital marketing organization
REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERRED SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years of progressive levels of digital media and search marketing expertise working within a marketing organization or a media agency environment
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing complex media programs with demonstrable achievement driving business results
• Expertise in an array of addressable paid advertising strategies utilizing technology based buying and optimization including search, display, social, mobile and video
• Analytical mindset and familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms to track and measure business results and media KPIs
• Certified in Google Adwords and other biddable media platforms
• The ability to maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a results and deadline-driven environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are required
• Proven ability to present and pitch ideas effectively to management team
• Genuine curiosity and a strong desire to continuously learn and grow
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth and collaborative environment
• Obsessive attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable interacting with customers, prospects and executives
