Cheetah Digital is seeking a Sr. Compensation and HRIS Analyst to support the design and administration of its global compensation programs. This business-facing role will collaborate with other Human Resources team members globally in working with business leaders to develop innovative compensation solutions that align with business needs and goals.
Responsibilities:
• Conducts market pay, broad-based and/or sales incentive plan design, salary equity, and/or compensation administration/program studies.
• Conducts market pricing (job evaluation) analyses for jobs throughout the company.
• Works closely with HR Business Partners and leaders to assess organization needs and to advise them regarding application of compensation policies and practices to promote employee attraction and retention.
• Conducts research and prepares in-depth analyses of compensation program competitiveness and effectiveness using data from HRIS system and market sources and makes recommendations to enhance programs and plan designs.
• Completes established compensation surveys and develops criteria for special pay and incentive design studies.
• Manage the annual salary review process partnering with the HR Business Partners
• Design, develop, and administer the Incentive Compensation and Programs.
• Partners with Finance to support the company’s global Sales Incentive Compensation Programs.
• Oversees the administration of the global Recognition Program
• Prepares compensation program communication materials and incentive plan documentation.
• Database administrator of the global HR system of records through ADP Workforce Now.
• Oversees the HR Reporting and Analytics function in ADP Workforce Now and ADP Streamline, developing global reporting and workforce analytics initiatives.
• Prepares and responds to all ad-hoc reporting requests.
Qualifications:
• Five or more years of compensation experience including market data analysis and job evaluation and salary administration. Incentive compensation plan design and/or administration experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to partner with other HR professionals and business leaders to facilitate and influence decision making. Demonstrated ability to conduct formal presentations of findings and recommendations. Strong written communications skills to develop incentive plan documentation and formal recommendations.
• Requires excellent analytical skills and strong proficiency in use of Excel and HRIS applications to extract data and design and prepare meaningful analyses, pro forma models, plan calculations, and presentations of compensation programs and alternatives.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team, conduct research, formulate conclusions, and present conclusions regarding business issues.
• Proficiency in the use of word processing and presentation software (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is required to prepare program documents and develop presentations for management and plan participants.
• Bachelor’s degree requires, with emphasis on business administration, human resources, finance, etc., preferred.
