The Senior Marketing Specialist will coordinate the execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and build Marketing Qualified Leads, ensuring the coordination across all marketing channels to maximize the performance of campaigns. The ideal candidate must be willing and able to take initiative, and always anticipate the needs of management and internal clients, and have experience successfully implementing digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of integrated marketing campaign on budget and schedule, while achieving campaign objectives.
• Develop marketing briefs for campaigns in collaboration with the rest of the marketing team, internal clients, and external partners that clearly communicate the campaign purpose, measures of success, key message points, target market, timeline and budget.
• Work with the rest of the team to ensure integrated marketing plans fully utilize social, PR, email, paid, and other channels as necessary.
• Closely monitor marketing campaigns to ensure ongoing success as measured by campaign objectives and report-out the campaign KPIs to key stakeholders.
• Partner with the rest of the marketing team and internal clients to identify ways to improve the usability and value of both Ryan.com and Ryan-Net, our intranet.
• Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure that all key stakeholders have easy access.
• Work with Business Development, the rest of the marketing team, and other internal clients to ensure marketing activities are driving qualified leads and identify ways to optimize our marketing processes.
• Develop customer communication journeys and segmentations, manage broadcast sends and monitor key performance metrics with continuous test & learn approach to drive results
• Conduct market research to better understand and identify opportunities
• Provide excellent and timely support to internal clients in support of their business objectives
• Assist with general brand building and Marketing Qualified Lead efforts as needed
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.B.A., or B.S.) from a four-year college or university with a concentration in Marketing (or similar major) required (MBA preferred), and four to six years related work experience required. Must have digital marketing experience.
General Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and complete work according to deadlines
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics tools
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate skills in Microsoft® Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Internet navigation and research.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid driver’s license required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
• Standard indoor working environment.
• Occasional long periods of sitting while working at computer.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 lbs.
• Position requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of the Firm and interface with external vendors as necessary.
• Independent travel requirement: less than 25%.
• 40+ hour standard workweek requirement.
