Experian Consumer Services is seeking a Senior Analyst to help deliver in-depth analyses to influence numerous aspects of our LendingWorks product line. This is a highly cross-functional role, interacting directly with partners, vendors and stakeholders from various teams and BUs. This person will play a pivotal role in driving product design, optimization, marketing and processes to elevate overall consumer engagement and loyalty.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to synthesize the data and influence decisions based on quantitative reasoning and translating analytics insights into concrete business building initiatives. In addition, the candidate must be able to thrive and effectively lead in a complex and fast-paced environment.

Position Responsibilities
• Partner with vendors and key stakeholders across the organization, understand their current and future analytical needs, and develop robust measurement and reporting solutions by aligning metrics to overall business objectives and performance.
• Conduct on-going analyses on LendingWorks performance and provide regular business analytics and insights to internal and external stakeholders. Effectively present and communicate findings to management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with functional teams to facilitate partnership and co-development of LendingWorks program.
• Work closely with BI and Engineering on data validations. Lead to prioritize and resolve data issues. Identify and implement best practices for analytics platform to improve data accuracy and integrations.
• Utilize statistical methodologies to perform exploratory analysis to help generate hypotheses, identify gaps, and size opportunities for better products, improved user experience and marketing efficiency.
• B.S./M.S. in quantitative discipline, e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Artificial Intelligence
• 4+(with B.S) or 2+(with M.S.) years’ experience in business/digital analytics with emphasis on campaign measurement, segmentation, customer profiling, and metrics reporting preferably from an internet environment.
• Working knowledge of SQL and basic understanding of cloud data warehousing.
• Familiar with at least one analytics tool – Tableau, Adobe or Google Analytics, Cognos, R, SAS, Python, etc.
• Analytical thinker, flexible problem solver and team player with ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize in deadline-driven atmosphere.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
