Campus Recruiting Manager

Your role.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
• Planning and execution of the firm wide competitive campus recruiting strategy.
• Collaboration with management and offices for forecasting of overall entry level and intern needs
• Leads selection and relationship development efforts with targeted universities and colleges
• Responsible for leading and developing a staff of professional campus recruiters and coordinators
• Oversight and coordination over all campus recruiting events
The qualifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or other related business field.
• SPHR or PHR is highly preferred.
• 7-10 years experience as a campus recruiter or college/university outplacement manager
• 3+ years supervisory experience
• This position will require some local and regional travel.
