This is the Lead role within the EUC US Tower reporting to the Group Head of EUC and part of the Global End User Computing Team. The role is focused on proactively managing the Local team (5-10) & corporate infrastructure stack for the London Stock Exchange Group through the interaction of the LSE Corporate Technology function. Responsibilities will comprise of both BAU & Project work.
Key Responsibilities
• Team lead responsibility for the US EUC Tower supporting Citrix systems and the associated ecosystem including Office365.
• System administration including monitoring and supporting advanced functions of Citrix Systems and associated ecosystem, and related applications directly or with the team;
• Will be assigned responsibility for technical issues in the environment for problem resolution;
• Diagnose and repair system problems working closely with vendor support for all servers, software and other hardware directly or with the team members;
• Define, monitor, optimize and trouble shoot system performance of all systems including internal external networks, hardware, servers and all connected equipment belonging to the company;
• Define, maintain and monitor compliance to security and software policies for the business.
• Buildout Automation environment to allow Citrix Server builds to be provisioned in bulk.

• Liaise where required with IT & Business in order to assist with the dissemination of information to external clients as appropriate.

Experience
• Demonstrable experience of delivering projects within the financial services industry including clearing or investment banking.
• Understanding of Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT), Disaster Recovery, High Availability (HA) in a Production environment.
• Understanding of Change Management, Incident Management and Release and Configuration management processes.
• Project delivery using offshore capabilities; an understanding of the complexities of working with offshore teams.
