POSITION SUMMARY:
Support Mortgage Subservicing in achieving its subservicing portfolio/revenue growth forecast by providing effective business development strategies that drive new prospects and new client signings.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Sell PHH Subservicing solutions, including:
◦ Strategically network through your own C-level contacts, mortgage industry conferences, and other avenues to provide subservicing leads and attract active client/prospect engagement
◦ Maintain and disseminate reporting regarding pipeline and prospecting efforts
◦ Coordinate, facilitate and conduct meetings and presentations with clients
◦ Foster strong relationships with junior and senior level contacts at our clients
◦ Identify opportunities and lead efforts to cultivate new business
◦ Ensure subservicing subject matter expertise, regarding competitive pricing, offerings and client base
• Lead client integration & onboarding efforts
◦ Respond to Requests for Information/Requests for Proposal, prepare proposals and term sheets
◦ Participate in the client contract negotiations, amendment discussions and activities
◦ Ensure all established metrics for client onboarding initiatives are met
◦ Function as a member of the contract team to gather internal business stakeholder feedback, communicate with clients and manage contract development
• Coordinate functional support required to generate, negotiate, and close new subservicing relationships
◦ Leverage functional leadership within Servicing Organization to market services to prospective client
◦ Work with legal department to negotiate contracts
◦ Engage finance department to evaluate economics of prospective transactions
◦ Collaborate with marketing to create marketing materials and create a social media presence in the mortgage industry
◦ Build competitive pricing and services that help sell our value proposition
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience with disciplines including sales, business development, and prospecting support, client management, integration, and cross functional project management
• Experience in mortgage servicing preferred
• Experience in a leadership capacity preferred
• Deep network of C-level contacts in mortgage industry preferred

TRAINING / LICENSING REQUIREMENTS
• Must pass PHH Corporation’s Background Screening process prior to beginning employment. Additionally, as a condition of employment, you may be required to pass client-specific background check requirements or Federal/State licensing requirements, if applicable.
