Job Description
Our clients are focused on improving business performance, responding quickly and effectively to crisis situations, and extracting value from transactions. Our growing Consumer Markets industry team provides strategy, management, technology and risk consulting services to help a diverse set of clients around the world anticipate and address their most complex business challenges. This industry vertical team includes​ Consumer Products, Retail, Travel andTransportation clients.​
Our Customer consultants help clients to shape their businesses through customer experiences – building bridges between digital and analog, delivering personal and contextual experiences powered by technology and analytics, and driving the total experience by engaging the customer, product, partner and employee experiences.
We use our capabilities in Experience Design, Marketing, Sales, Service, Pricing and Customer Analytics to help our clients better understand the customer, generate sustainable growth and expanded market share, and be always on in an experience economy.
Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 8
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree
Degree Preferred: Master's degree
Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates expert level industry AND consulting experience in digital change: mobile, digital marketing / demand generation, user experience, digital payment methods, and/or digital or ecommerce (B2B and/or B2C). Additional experience in business operations modeling, design and implementation is a plus. Demonstrates expertise of digital change emphasizing an extensive track record of managing large scale projects that involve thinking critically about the business model and processes, and articulating a vision for the future of the business through thought leadership. Demonstrates expertise and a proven record of success leading complex projects related to digital change. Proven expert level knowledge of digital change technologies and how they impact the overall digital strategy. Demonstrates expertise and a proven record of success with driving business development and sales with clients in the $2-4 million range annually. Proven extensive record of successful interactions with senior leadership in client organizations, especially within digital change in the customer space.

Demonstrates expert-level leadership abilities that include the following: -Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management; -Leveraging industry knowledge and analytical skills, especially as it relates to project management and project facilitation; -Leading and/or facilitating teams and develop client proposals, leveraging extensive business development and relationship management know-how; -Identifying and addressing client needs: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection; -Leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation; -Business transformation skills with a track record of successful change enablement with quantifiable results; -Expert level analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simple and actionable tasks.
