Job Description
This position will be part of the team leading several global
cross-functional projects that are important for successful implementation of
Visa’s strategy. This individual lead projects / workstreams of unique and
complex problems with tangible impact on internal and external stakeholders.
The individual must be able to think outside the box, analyze information to
bring out actionable insights, identify and prioritize actions, and navigate
the highly-matrixed global environment. Ability to engage senior stakeholders
(Operating Committee members, and SVPs) with strong verbal and written communication
skills will be critical.
Responsibilities
• Lead project planning in terms of defining
objectives, scope and workplan, and ensure successful execution across all
stakeholders against those plans
• Provide thought leadership by defining the
analyses (qualitative and quantitative) required for solving the overall
project objectives, and guiding other junior members of the team to perform
those analyses
• Engage senior leaders at Visa, including
Operating Committee and other SVPs, to derive insights and present / share
recommendations
• Coach functional teams on new ways of doing
business and influence them for a sustainable shift in behaviors and mindsets
• Define key performance indicators for success
and measure projects against goals
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and share
/ present findings with senior stakeholders
Qualifications
• Results-oriented professional with 10-15 years of
business experience
• Problem solving mindset, with an ability to
question status-quo and generate innovative ideas
• Experience in driving complex programs involving
extensive change management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Executive presence and ability to clearly
communicate in front of senior management
