Fidelity Bank is seeking an Investor Reporting Specialist to be responsible for monthly reporting to investors which could include FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, and other private MBS or correspondents, funding/service release functions and the reconciliation of all investor P&I, T&I, Clearing, and balance sheet accounts. Other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Actively aware of the various investor reporting portals and the various reports/edits that need to be worked each month to maximize investor reporting scorecards for each investor
• Responsible for accurate reporting, remitting, and reconciling. Includes clearing reconciling items within 90 days from the point of identification and reconciling accounts within 30 calendar days.
• Monitor Daily funding reconciliation and loan release processing on system of record.
• Includes all loans funded and all loans sold or transferred on a particular day as notified from secondary marketing and other departments.
• Adhere to all Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae and other investor guidelines.
• Research and resolve Test of Expected and/or Bank Reconciliation cash discrepancies as required.
• Prepare and submit wire requests as needed.
• Answer inquiries from various departments, management team, as well as GSE entities.
• Maintain and enhance procedures within the monthly process.
• Assist management team with internal and external audits.
• Assist management team on projects relating to enhancements to internal reporting system
• Actively manage and reconcile all assigned DDA/GL accounts as required.
