The bank's Builder Finance team is headquartered in Houston and works with home builders throughout the United States.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for being the primary point of contact for our clients' deposit-related products, transactions and questions in coordination with the clients' Relationship Manager
• Process new deposit account applications, and help implement new products and services
◦ Perform independent analysis and interpretation of attorney-prepared entity documentation for new accounts
◦ Perform data input on account applications as needed
• Monitor incoming emails from clients and reslove them to their satisfaction
• Perform research to respond to internal or external requests for information
• Assist with issuing Letters of Credit as needed
• Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial banking experience; branch banking or treasury management experience preferred
◦ Knowledge of general banking products and services
◦ Knowledge of deposit documentation and sophisticated, commercial deposit applications
◦ Prior experience with Letters of Credit preferred
• Superior customer service skills internally and externally
• Demonstrated experience handling confidential information with discretion
• Proficient knowledge of PC/Internet (Microsoft Office) required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and manage interruptions in a very fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
