KPMG is currently seeking a Sales Execution Director, to join our Business Development Organization.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct research to prioritize key law firms and attorneys in the local market
• Execute sales enablement activities to help Forensic Partner’s establish, maintain and broaden their relationships with attorneys at prioritized law firms, including providing support on proposals and opportunities to bid in local market
• Deploy a clear and consistently applied sales management process to increase new business as well as accelerate speed of capture time by thoroughly understanding the buying process
• Establish a relationship and regular touch points with Big-4 focused resources in law firms in the major market
• Engage marketing to build out sales content and collateral for Partners to leverage during their meetings with attorneys as well as maximize events
• Analyze various reports to assess business health including pipeline coverage, forecast and achievement vs. pipeline and booking goals for law firm referrals
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field from an accredited college or university
• 15 years of experience in sales planning, sales enablement and sales operations processes including developing effective sales strategies and toolkits, building team awareness, supporting joint sales activities, and tracking and measuring results
• Strong understanding of client issues related to Forensic and ability to articulate value propositions internally and externally
• Strong experience and track record of collaboration across service groups, industries and functions to address complex sales efforts
• Strong relationships with New York City based law firms
• Forensic consulting experience preferably Big 4 or equivalent
