Profile Summary:
Serve as a process and administration subject matter expert (SME) for the Voya Financial Advisors Principal Review Team; includes pending item follow-up, NIGO resolution, and other related support tasks.
Profile Description:
• Support Trade Review Principals by handling follow-up on pending items.
• Work with team, field, and other areas within Operations on NIGO resolution
• Serve as a SME for NIGO handling and processing
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external business partners surrounding pending business and NIGO handling.
• Other duties as assigned
Knowledge & Experience:
• Significant business experience in financial services, ideally broker/dealer
• Ability to identify opportunities to enhance operational platforms and systems
• Strong written and verbal communications skills with ability to influence and direct peers and business partners.
• Technical aptitude and understanding of how systems work/integrate with one another
• Strong organization and execution skills while being involved in multiple initiatives
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Suite; including Excel and PowerPoint. MS Access a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Series 7 and 24 licensing is preferred but not required
