As a member of the Executive Compensation team, your strengths collaborating with colleagues, effectively managing projects and programs, and critically analyzing all aspects of our work, will be fully utilized in support of Fidelity’s business strategy.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years of compensation experience with previous exposure to executive compensation preferred
• Certified Compensation Professional preferred
The Purpose of Your Role
The Executive Compensation Director will be a key member of the HR team responsible for all Executive programs, the Shares programs, and management and coordination of our Compensation Committees and other executive meetings. The Director will predominantly work within the Enterprise Compensation and HR functions. In addition, the Director will work with our other business partners in the corporate accounting, tax, legal and business unit groups.

The Value You Deliver
• Leading program cycles and special projects
• Collaborating and effectively communicating with enterprise partners including HR, accounting, legal and tax
• Managing project plans, reporting, testing, auditing, and analysis
• Working with highly confidential information while maintaining complete discretion
• Researching and resolving HR, Staffing, accounting or shareholder questions regarding share programs
• Ensuring program governance by completing weekly and quarterly holdings reviews based on plan features
• Using Excel to critically analyze data and PowerPoint to create summaries showing current state as well as trended information
• Identifying potential issues/opportunities
• Understanding how various internal Fidelity data systems interconnect in order to be an active participant in new technology initiatives to evolve Compensation function tools and analytics
