Come join our “Lion Bank Pride” as a Universal Banker and work in a dual capacity as a Personal Banker and a Bank Teller.
The primary responsibility of a Universal Banker is to work with a branch banking team to assist with Personal Banker and Teller duties, service customers, build lasting relationships and deliver upon our message to be “The Number One Community Bank with the Best Customer Service in Town”.
Our Expectations for our Universal Bankers:
• The Universal Banker is the Bank’s primary contact with the public, is responsible for exhibiting good product knowledge and serving customers in a cordial manner to encourage service satisfaction
• Promote the benefits of banking with Fidelity and the additional services of the Bank by recognizing and promoting the use of other Bank Services such as mortgage, brokerage and commercial areas of the bank based on customer need and interest
• Securely maintain and balance a cash draw and other valuables on hand throughout daily operation
• Complete necessary documents to open accounts, loans and securities
• Analyze loan applications for approval/denial with lending authority and input loan applications for the Branch Manager to review before submission
• Assist with daily operations of the branch
• Responsible for meeting monthly goals
