Job Title: Director, Finance – Pricing, Digital Banking Group
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly-motivated, experienced and collaborative finance leader with a strong work ethic to join our Digital Banking Group Finance team as a Finance Director. In this highly visible and dynamic position you will perform a series of critical functions. Your primary role will be to lead a team responsible for modeling, analyzing and summarizing pricing proposals consisting of Digital Banking Group products, including online bill payment, Popmoney, TransferNow, Alldata, Corillian and Architect online banking, mobile, and the suite of IPS and NOW related products, as well as various ancillary products.
The position requires frequent interactions with senior leaders in the organization as well as maintaining a connection to the organizational pulse at all levels. You will partner and collaborate with sales executives, account executives, product managers and business unit CFOs and Presidents to maximize sales opportunities while helping drive profitable business growth on new sales and managing compression and profitability on renewals.
Many assignments are non-recurring and highly diverse depending on roles and people involved, situations needing to be addressed, and gaps or voids requiring financial pricing analysis. The position’s scope includes licensed software, professional services and those Fiserv delivers as an application service provider.
About our Business:
The Digital Banking Group, comprised of the ePayments and Digital Channels business units within Fiserv is a center of high growth, responsible for the suite of consumer facing products used to make payments, move money and manage accounts. These include online banking through desktop, mobile or tablet channels, P2P products like Zelle, Popmoney, Snap2Pay, and online bill payments as well as personal finance management and transfer tools.

Direct Reports: 4 Senior Pricing Analysts
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate Digital Banking Group product pricing efforts for the ePayments and Digital Channel business units. Pricing activity includes:
• Own and manage pricing proposals from start to finish, in a timely, responsive and interactive manner; includes collecting necessary data from sales and account executives, Finance and other resources, modeling and refining the assumptions and desired pricing, supporting the recommendations through executive approvals, and tracking the success of the proposals
• Partner with BU leadership to support overall business unit performance; including support to create financial models for new critical business products and along with new market and/or renewal pricing efforts
• Create C-level presentations and summaries to communicate recommendations and risks
• Analyze, identify and explain variances between current/proposed /multiple pricing models
• Perform ad hoc analyses for operational and financial management
• Develop relationships and work as a team within the Digital Banking Group business unit and with other Fiserv business units (Core, Card Services, FRMS, etc.) for pan-Fiserv opportunities
• Develop well versed product knowledge within Digital Banking Group, understanding what the products do, what drives revenue and expense, how the customers consume the products, the Fiserv target market and differentiators and competitors’ strategies to gain market share
• Monitor growth rates and assumptions used in modeling and recommend adjustments
• Evaluate key metrics and performance to provide actionable insights, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and profit through data mining, analytics and automation
• Reduce complexity in models and processes to support efficient and streamlined pricing
Required Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business related field
Job Related Experience:
• 10+ years of applicable finance/accounting experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Education:
• MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
Job Related Experience:
• Prior experience executing extensive financial modeling and/or pricing
Additional Skills/Knowledge:
• Strategic and analytical thinker with ability to focus on details, synthesize broad amount of information into actionable information for executives. Able to quickly identify issues and develop a recommended approach.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, including complex integrated financial pricing models, business cases, DCF modeling, evaluation of payback and IRR.
• Demonstrate well-reasoned insights, supported by excellent quantitative analysis and qualitative business judgment to make decisions in the best interest of Fiserv and the business.
• Possess a strong sense of executive presence both within and outside the organization. Must be persuasive, exhibiting an ability to communicate with passion, energy and excitement for the business.
• Ability to assess, develop and retain talent is critical. Recognize and utilize the strengths of key players, hold people accountable for agreed-to results, promote teamwork across organizational boundaries, break down functional silos to optimize business results, and encourage overall performance.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing with supervisors and personnel and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, business partners and company officials.

• Travel as required, expected to average less than 25%
