Job Description:
Reporting to the Corporate Marketing and Retail team, the Graphic Designer works to maintain and enhance the look of our national retail projects and properties, as well as the company brand and identity. Responsible for executing large scale corporate projects as well as designing, producing and overseeing creation of print and web materials for corporate and property specific marketing efforts. Working with the graphics team on timelines, budgets and decks to present projects. Video editing and photography skills are needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage and execute large corporate initiatives and design projects from beginning to end.
• Provide guidance and direction to graphic designers, keeping up to date on trends and technology within the design sphere.
• Create and produce a wide range of marketing and promotional materials in multiple mediums.
• Apply and maintain the company identity and brand standards.
• Edit and create video projects, from short clips on properties to longer listing videos.
• Photograph properties, corporate headshots and local events as needed
• Identify and interpret graphic design needs and develop responsive design concepts.
• Oversee and coordinate production processes including scheduling, selecting production media and materials that meet budget requirements and inspecting proofs for accuracy and adherence to appropriate production standards.
Educational / Experience Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer in a corporate or related environment
• Knowledge of HTML5 and Wordpress
• Computer software knowledge: Extensive, expert level knowledge of graphic design programs including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Email systems, Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite. Video program knowledge a plus.
• Bachelors degree in Art, with concentration in graphic design
• Fluent in both Macintosh OS and PC platforms

• Have experience working with clients in a professional setting
