Summary of This Role
Manages and provides analysis of financial and business performance, reporting, budgeting and forecasting of business operations and the financial infrastructure of cost centers. Leads the budgetary planning and forecasting process and provides technical financial expertise and advice to key stakeholders on future project needs and objectives.
What Part Will You Play?
• Responsible for life cycle management of assets; manages the software request system; ensure compliance with asset policies; responsible for shipping/receiving of hardware assets; responsible for asset the disposal
• Assist in providing ongoing direction and guidance for budgets, forecast and strategic plans for specific area. Assistance to include revenue, operational expenses and capital requirements. Assist in evaluating and determining the best use of budgeted financial resources.
• Assist in managing and monitoring cost and revenue trends. Assist in performing Operational Analysis to help determine if existing financial and resource investment is sufficient to satisfy customer demands.
• Plan and forecast process by soliciting input from key stakeholders projects and objectives. Assist in facilitating the process budget request.
• Facilitate productive round table discussions to understand and explain financial resources, identification of variances and financial system to business partners.
• Present ideas regarding budgetary issues and assist in communicating changes to the teams and in all areas of business. Assist in resolving budgetary issues and communicate changes across the teams in all areas of the business.
• Assists in building financial performance metrics to include utilization of resources, efficiency metrics, spending, dashboards and profitability reporting. Provides input and analytical support for various business cases, pricing scenarios and billing.
• Manages the inventory system to assess, monitor, reconcile and decommission physical and software Assets of varying value lifespan and type to ensure the appropriate inventory is accurately maintained and any licensing does not fall below compliance levels; creates reports for Senior leadership on the forecast of asset usage/End of life/refresh trends and is responsible for any adjustments to licensing to insure contract compliance is maintained.
• Assists with the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) to provide division level approvals for corporate procurement items. Assist in the consolidation of Division spend and in the management of enterprise risk, tolerance standard and executive accountability on purchases for the division.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• Relevant Experience or Degree in: related field of study from an accredited university is required; however, additional experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
• Typically a minimum of 8 years
• related professional experience including a minimum of 3-4 years experience in a supervisory position.
