Key Roles and Responsibilities Include:
• Introduce and reinforce AIG’s end-to-end cyber insurance value proposition for Financial Lines Cyber coverage to internal team, brokers and clients across FL, Property and Casualty units.
• Market, promote and educate externally and internally on the value of the CyberEdge Risk Consulting Services.
• Lead broker relationship on 5 targeted brokers for the southeast – advise them of new product offerings, ensure the appropriate people visit regularly including claims and CRS, provide production feedback, execute the cyber middle market strategy, ensure we are their go-to-market of choice for profitable cyber business.
• Assist Southeast underwriters on closing a quota of targeted accounts per quarter to hit their GWP and profitability goals.
• Educate and engage distribution in the sale of our complete cyber offering and ensure they underwriting team is maximizing the value of the distribution resource for cyber.
• Maintain alignment with product team to ensure successful execution of cyber strategies in the Southeast region. Add to innovation in cyber by working with the product team on product, marketing material and process needs and needed tools to improve workflow, efficiency, competitiveness and accuracy.• Support Regional Managing Director and Broker Engagement Leader in planning, coordinating and implementing sales and cross marketing strategies for the territory.
• Plan and coordinate broker, customer and prospect related events.
Position Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience; cyber Insurance experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Working knowledge of Cyberedge suite of products and CyberEdge Consulting Service a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in dynamic, rapidly changing environment, adapting to changing requirements and collaborating with a wide range of colleagues to quickly deliver solutions
• Ability to facilitate cross-function collaboration, especially regarding technical aspects
• Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to self-direct, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Takes initiative on projects and assignments, seeks alternate solutions when necessary
• Highly motivated and results-oriented
