Manage and lead the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) organization while working closely with IT and business leaders to establish an ECM strategy and roadmap.
Responsibilities
• Oversees development of enterprise level solutions that integrate across applications, systems and platforms
• Understands business needs and future trends and develops strategic product/service roadmap offerings
• Develops and manages budget
• Oversees relationships with external vendors
• Develops strategic partnerships with BTG and business unit leadership
• Exhibits knowledge/expertise with multiple development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Exhibits specialized business/technical knowledge and leverages strong customer relationships
• Has accountability for performance, development and coaching of staff (hiring, firing, performance management, pay increases, etc.)
• Ensures the department has a sufficient number of trained staff to provide necessary levels of service and achieve department performance results
• Reviews and interprets competitive information; decides on appropriate action based on competitive landscape
Qualifications
• 5+ years of Enterprise Application Development Management, preferably in ECM
• Experience with FileNet/P8 (including Content Navigator and/or Case Manager) and/or other ECM systems
• Experience building business process management (BPM) solutions
• Organizational management experience, including people care
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and clearly articulate a strategic plan for the application portfolio
• Ability to be an active participant in visioning and problem solving processes
• Ability to influence and champion change
• Adept at networking, relationship building, and collaboration
• Ability to develop people at various levels of the organization
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline or equivalent experience
