Job Description
The Global Product and Market Enablement (PME) team will connect product and solution innovators with our local business leaders within a proven global distribution and execution model.
The PME team will enable:
• The entire enterprise to think globally when creating, designing
and building products and services by gathering key market input well in
advance.
• Visa to scale those products and services globally by utilizing
global distribution strategies that drive efficiency and relevance in market.
We are looking for a highly talented, creative and passionate individual who can support our product and market strategy globally, conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis in a consultative approach, and deliver and execute plans identifying and articulating the value of the Visa network to our strategic ecosystem partners.
You will work closely with Visa Product, Sales, Innovation, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams on our most strategic and forward-thinking initiatives. Specifically, the focus of this role is on building the business value proposition, business case justification, market opportunity, and overall positioning and client/market go to market plans.
This role requires excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal skills as the individual will interface with senior key stakeholders across a number of key global functions and business units. This individual must be able to manage executive-level relationships while optimizing and executing on the overall global product strategic rollouts. This role also requires an in depth understanding of issuers, merchants, acquirers, as well as partnerships to continue to grow Visa’s leadership in payments.
Role Responsibilities
• Lead strategic initiatives with key global stakeholders to ensure that market and product priorities are being built and executed upon with customer experience, standardization, and scalability in mind
• Serves as change leader at Visa to ensure that the enterprise thinks about building products for global scale and distribution
• Creative and business savvy thinker in designing go-to-market solutions for quicker global scalability
• Understand business needs of issuers, merchants, acquirers, and Visa strategic partners to prioritize and drive global and integrated product initiatives
• Analyze market demand, evaluating potential opportunities, designing solutions, identifying prospective new clients, pricing and other commercial terms, and product enablement activities to
support product launches (e.g., marketing and sales support materials, product training, go-to-market plans, sales enablement tools and other needed technical sales support).
• Establish deep partnerships with cross functional teams at Visa to identify, define, and recommend successful go to market strategies that optimize Visa technologies and products
• Provide business insights as well as business development support to contribute strategically towards growth and direction of the products and services with the product and system partners
• Provide thought leadership. Ensure product launches are successfully supported and implemented towards highest satisfaction of our customers/partners

Qualifications
• 7+ years of relevant product management and related program management experience, preferably in the payments industry
• Exceptional leadership skills; track record of developing and communicating a strategy, building relationships across teams and key stakeholders to achieve business goals
• Prior experience in managing and delivering solutions to clients or consulting background is a plus
• Deep experience in managing complex programs and problems
• Solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies and best practices
• Excellent verbal and written skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex technical and business issues and solutions to a variety of stakeholders
• Must have great presentation skills and be comfortable presenting material in front of large audiences
• Advanced degree is strongly preferred
