Macquarie Capital provides advisory and capital raising services to corporate and government clients involved in public mergers and acquisitions, private treaty acquisitions and divestments, debt and equity fund raising and corporate restructuring. It also undertakes principal investing activities globally in support of its client activities.
Responsibilities:
As member of Macquarie Capital Power and Renewables Team, lead and contribute to deal executions with focus on renewables sector.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent* in Economics or related field (Business Administration or Finance) plus 3 years of experience in job offered or 3 years of transaction or business consulting experience in renewables or related sectors. Prior experience must include 3 years structuring transactions; 3 years performing commercial and financial analysis and modeling; 3 years running capital raising process, including project financing; 3 years participating in asset management; and 3 years negotiating EPC and O&M contracts. (*Any combination of education or experience evaluated to be equivalent to Bachelor’s degree.)
