Job Summary:
Vice President responsible for Regulatory engagement within the Americas Risk Management Business Unit Risk and Control (“ARM BURCO”) team.
Major Responsibilities:
Within ARM BURCO team work with the Regulatory Affairs Office ("RAO") and Internal Audit ("IAA") to proactively manage end to end regulatory engagement for Americas Risk divisions. Responsibilities will include maintaining calendars for regulatory meetings and exams and ensuring proactive preparation for all meetings and exams; developing routines with RAO Risk leads and IAA to communicate schedules and requirements; coordinating preparation and providing quality assurance over meeting materials, exam kick-off decks and requests for information; providing oversight for issue management processes, including issue reporting and review and challenge of closure materials.
Qualifications
• BA or BS degree, 5+ years experience in Regulatory Affairs and/or Risk Management within a financial institution
• Excellent skills in risk assessment and analysis and a solid understanding of business and financial markets.
• Well developed knowledge of risk and issue management processes, and the Bank regulatory environment.
• Strong management skills, excellent communication skills, both oral and written and an ability to interact with all levels of management.
