Director, Media Relationship Sales
• Mastercard Advisors, the professional services arm of Mastercard Worldwide, provides payments-focused consulting, marketing, information and risk management services to financial institutions and merchants worldwide. •The Director, Media Relationship Sales will focus on building the revenue base from existing accounts by activating them as a user of Mastercard data. This would be done by developing deep relationships within client companies, and “walking the halls” at these companies to uncover opportunities that would ultimately lead to revenue.
Role
Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
• Drive introductions to and develop relationships with marketing/ad sales leads in each division and or affiliate of targeted companies.
• Set up product demonstrations and training sessions for MasterCard data and analytical capabilities tailored to each business owner’s or operating unit’s needs.
• Attend client meetings/presentations and help support engagements via pre-meeting materials and strategy calls as well as post meeting follow up.
• Provide first hand sales feedback and data/analytics requests back to the product team to improve our products.
• Assist with Salesforce tracking/forecasting and help develop sales incentive plans and awareness marketing strategies
All About You
• Strong understanding of the Ad Tech space
• Previous experience at and an agency or ad tech company in an account management or client development role.
• Experience building revenue-generating partnerships
• Ability to work independently and to plug into large organization as needed
