Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
Duties:
Associate-Intermediate/Vice President with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Miami, FL. Provide personalized wealth management solutions that help preserve, grow and transfer wealth for individuals and families, corporate executives, entrepreneurs and select institutions, including foundations and endowments. Identify and solicit new clients in the LatAM (Latin America) region and work closely with clients to develop long-term wealth management plans including estate planning, trust structuring, asset allocation, portfolio oversight, selection of portfolio managers. Advise clients and deliver customized strategies drawn from the Firm’s investment experience, diverse wealth management and investment vehicles and global reach.
Job Requirements:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in a quantitative field such as business, economics, engineering, mathematics, or physics.
Two (2) years with Master’s or five (5) years with Bachelor’s in the job offered or related position covering Latin American clients. Prior work experience must include: utilizing knowledge of pricing and use of financial instruments including credit, interest rates, FX (foreign exchange), FX derivatives, and structured products; utilizing knowledge of regulatory, legal, and tax implications for investors and products in Latin America; derivative execution experience-equities, fixed income and FX; utilizing understanding of Black Scholes and components of option pricing mechanics; utilizing knowledge of multi asset classes including fixed income, private and public equity, hedge funds, real estate, commodities and currencies to build financial models and conduct research in strategic or tactical asset allocation areas; utilizing knowledge of portfolio theory to engage in portfolio construction process and to understand portfolio risk and return profiles; producing asset allocation presentations to private wealth clients using MS PowerPoint; presenting complex technical concepts and quantitative portfolio and risk management topics to private wealth clients; and utilizing knowledge of investment return, performance attribution and risk management calculations.
FINRA Series 3, 7, and 66. Spanish fluency required. Travel required.
