Job TitleFinance Director ePayments Revenue
About the Role
: The Finance Director will report to the VP, Finance, ePayments, and be responsible for leading Revenue Analytics & Forecasting function for this $730M division of Fiserv. Key functions include acting as a strategic advisor to the business, forecasting client and product level trends and leading the revenue forecast & planning process.
Other responsibilities will include:
• Key client and product level reporting and forecasting, with linkage to the DBG Pricing team
• Perform strong trend analysis on recurring revenue streams (client revenues, transactions, revenue sharing) and non-recurring revenue streams (one-time events, fees)
• Evaluate transactions and revenue performance to provide actionable insights, and identify opportunities to grow revenue and profit through data mining, analytics, and automation
• Design innovative analytical and simplified management reporting tools for improved understanding of financial impact for informed decision making
• Partner with business segments to develop and drive in-depth financial analyses identifying key drivers, trends, variances, emerging risks and opportunities; regularly communicating findings to senior management in succinct and meaningful reporting
• Continuously improve forecast accuracy and predictability by identifying and aligning key drivers of the business
• Provide key support to business unit product profitability analysis
• Build strong relationships across functions within the company, and maintain an open flow of communication to build a deep knowledge of current events in the business
• Leverage solid Excel and financial modeling skills to develop and maintain financial analyses to support key initiatives and decisions
• Monitor and establish internal financial controls to assure proper compliance
• Partner with business leaders to standardize financial processes across the business unit
• Perform ad hoc analyses for operational and financial management

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business related field. MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
• 8+ years of applicable finance and/or accounting experience
