Position Overview
DB USA Core Corporation seeks an Assistant Vice President, GTO, Global Markets in Jacksonville, FL to ensure exceptions are captured and action taken to resolve disputes and facilitate communication with other broker dealers / clients. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field or equivalent and five (5) years of experience with trading, middle and back office transactions for a global financial services institution. Must include at least five (5) years of experience working with trading and clearance services including QSR, AGU, Correspondent Clearing and Trade Reporting; creating and maintaining broker dealer relationships as per the National Securities & Clearing Corporations directives; supporting the formulation, implementation and monitoring of strategic agenda for governance, regulatory and industry needs; optimizing operating models and processes; performing ad-hoc analysis of trading activity, mark to market analysis, trending, inter system exceptions, and Management Information issues; evaluating equities products in US markets; maintaining supervisory procedures, Key Risk Indicators and Key Process Indicators to identify gaps and monitor trading activity; analyzing historical trading trends; performing pre-settlement exception reconciliations; and working with regulatory auditors and examiners to ensure testing requirements meet regulatory requirements. The employer will accept 3 years of post-secondary coursework and 1 year of relevant work experience in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree.
