Position Overview
Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. seeks a Vice President, Liability Management, Debt Capital Markets in New York, NY to develop and enhance client coverage for the real estate, banking, insurance and specialty finance industries. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field or equivalent and four (4) years of experience advising global clients (corporates, financial institutions, sovereigns) on liability management strategies, including debt buyback, exchange, and consent solicitation. Must include at least four (4) years of experience performing financial modeling and analysis on interest expense, earnings, NPV, breakeven rates, taxes and other economic and accounting impacts of debt transactions; analyzing bond covenants and reviewing and negotiating legal documents; working with clients, syndicates, sales and trading, legal counsels and investors on transaction executions; analyzing impacts of SEC and IRS rules impacting financial reporting and debt transactions; performing financial statement analysis, fixed income valuation, and credit analysis; interpreting data concerning price, yield, volatility, and future trends of investments; and utilizing Bloomberg and Excel
