Position Overview
Wealth Management Residential Mortgage Lending Vice President
Wealth Management provides access to a wide range of standard and customized lending solutions for ultra-high-net-worth clients and their various ownership entities, including trusts, foundations and private investment companies. The focus of Wealth Management Lending is to design the lending and credit solutions that ultimately support our clients’ unique and often complex liquidity and investment needs.
Customized Lending solutions include the following
• Residential Real Estate Lending
• Commercial Real Estate Lending
• Executive Aircraft Lending
• Private Equity Fund Lending
• Hedge Fund Lending
• Fine Art Lending
Position Description:
This position is responsible for working with WM Compliance and Legal to assist the business in establishing, coordinating, and maintaining an effective compliance risk mitigation program including federal and state compliance and reporting. Emphasis will be on maintaining and implementing the department’s Compliance Plan and working closely with the business in preparing for, coordinating and responding to internal, federal and state regulatory audits.
Summary of essential job functions:
• Assist the business by performing targeted Level 1 monitoring reviews and reporting.
• Along with the business, WM Legal and WM Compliance coordinate the implementation of
Key Operating Procedures and controls applicable to newly enacted federal, state, and local laws.
• Maintain familiarity with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and coordinate the internal corporate regulatory risk assessment process.
• Perform quarterly HMDA audits in compliance with Regulation C and assist, as needed with the filing of the annual LAR report with the FRB.
• Work with the business and COO management to assist in facilitating the development and deployment of training and material procedure amendments.
• Work with business and COO management to trouble shoot and resolve issues found to be out of compliance and insure policy and procedures are implemented to prevent future issues.
• Provide day to day support to the business on regulatory relates questions and issues.
Minimum requirements:
• Minimum 5-10 years industry experience.
• Familiarity with laws and regulations applicable to Lending & Deposits
• Must have a working knowledge of state and federal compliance requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving and judgment skills as they apply to compliance and regulatory issues.
• Excellent planning, organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to handle multiple complex tasks and perform under pressure in fast paced environment while meeting processing deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines with professionalism and tact
