KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, to join our Risk Management Organization.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Risk and Independence teams to identify business process improvement areas to implement workflow solutions
• Evaluate technology requirements to create and execute a product roadmap strategy
• Manage teams and projects within scope and budget for on-time delivery and adherence to business requirements
• Partner with national and global technology teams, risk management leadership, and other firm leaders
• Lead and guide cross-functional group project structures
• Create presentations, detailed analytics, and reporting to deliver to senior leadership
Qualifications:
• Minimum eight years of progressive leadership experience on a technology focused team; preferably in professional services firm or similar environment
• Minimum three years leading and managing a team
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) software and capabilities; PNM Soft a plus
• Strong presentation and collaboration skills with the ability and confidence to interact with any level of leadership
• Strong project management experience along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
