The multifamily lending division of PGIM Real Estate Finance is presently seeking Director-level Loan Officers to join its Dedicated Agency Originations team: one position would be on the east coast located in New York, NY; the other would be on the west coast located in Los Angeles, CA. (Alternative east and west coast locations, such as Prudential's offices in Atlanta, GA; McLean, VA; or San Francisco, CA may also be considered for qualified candidates with a business rationale for those locations.) The positions will have a regional focus, but applicants will be considered in light of the borrowing relationships they bring with them without regard to geographic boundaries.
Qualifications
• Minimum of a 4-year college degree in real estate, finance or a related field preferred
• An advanced degree and/or professional certification/designation is desired
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate finance
• Demonstrated experience successfully originating and negotiating Fannie Mae and/or Freddie Mac financing as evidenced by a very strong track record of closed loans over the past several years
• Qualified candidates must have a demonstrated performance record in business development in the commercial real estate mortgage arena with the proven ability to develop, cultivate and manage high quality relationships with intermediaries and borrowers
• A leader and team player, candidates must work well in a multi-functional collaborative environment and demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to customer service
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential for this position
