Department Overview
Global Operations and Business Services provide critical infrastructure services that support and/or control the trading, investment and corporate banking functions of TD Securities. Our mission is ‘To Deliver World Class Service’ to our external clients as we work in partnership with our business partners. We deliver world class service by focusing on developing people, processes and controls to meet the needs of an ever changing marketplace. To achieve this we need great people that are innovative, customer-focused and have a continuous improvement mindset. Our diverse and dynamic team is divided into six main functional areas:
• Capital Markets - Supports the trade life cycle, working closely with the Front Office and other functions globally to mitigate risk and deliver world class service
• Financing Operations -Supports and administers lending businesses to TD's largest and most complex corporate clients
• Payment and Correspondent Banking Services - Provides a wide array of services to help facilitate global payments processes for the entire TD Enterprise
• Business Services - Manages critical Regulatory, Reporting, Control and Data functions across TDS
• Change Delivery - Plans and executes strategic initiatives within Global Operations and Business Services, and creates operations capabilities to drive efficiency, improve client service levels and reduce operational risk
• Regional Operations - Acts as a key liaison function across the entire trade life cycle, in conjunction with its global partners, to mitigate risk and provide seamless client service around the world with offices in New York, London and Singapore
The mandate of the Change Delivery team is to support Strategic Change Initiatives aligned to strong Governance of programs, to key stakeholders globally by designing robust, scalable and flexible infrastructure and process through strategic design aligned to TD Securities' mandate of Simplification.

Job Description
The Head of Change Delivery, TD Securitiesreports directly to the SVP and Head of Global Operations and Business Services and is responsible for working with his/her peers within Global Operations and Business Services as well as Technology and other infrastructure support teams to effectively and efficiently design and deliver strategic change solutions. A key element of this role is leading the team to challenge the status quo and consider the art of the possible arriving at a decision that pushes us to be our best. The Head of Change Delivery helps lead the charge as we work together to execute with excellence.

• Develop a predictable, repeatable continuous improvement and innovation planning and reporting processes that formalizes innovation into our business approach; ensures that it is a strategic priority for leaders; and enables the Program to track and report on continuous improvement & innovation efforts and results.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Capital Markets knowledge a strong asset.
Education/Accreditations:
• University or college degree
• Lean Six Sigma Green belt or Black Belt Certification would be an asset
