Elavon is seeking a Director, Card Not Present (CNP) & Services Product Strategy. As it relates to the CNP category across all verticals and the Services vertical as a whole (e.g. veterinarians, legal & professional, non-profit, membership & subscriptions), the role holder will support the definition and execution of product strategy for the North American business, consistent with customer needs and key business goals (contribution, revenue, market share). Specific responsibilities include:
• Drives the analysis and interpretation of various data (internal and external) to define strategy for Elavon NA as it relates to CNP across all our chosen verticals, clearly identifying key customer needs and market opportunity;
• Drives the analysis and interpretation of various data (internal and external) to define strategy for Elavon NA as it relates to the Services vertical, clearly identifying key customer needs and market opportunity;
• Works collaboratively across the business, support the building and continuous improvement of organizational capability, which underpins the business and product strategy (products, platforms, processes, pricing, policies, people, partnerships, etc.);
• Supports driving the CNP agenda, working collaboratively and effectively with our sales and distribution channels to deliver customer, volume, and most importantly, revenue and contribution growth, consistent with the best-performing peers in the CNP space;
• For the Services vertical, supports the delivery of product propositions and go-to-market campaigns in to our sales and distribution channels that achieve market-leading customer, volume, and revenue-growth performance; and
• Proactively executes the risk and compliance agenda for the CNP product set.
Scope
• North America (US, Canada, and Puerto Rico) but with a global perspective in terms of the inherent nature of CNP and its trends (competitors, customers, capabilities, etc.)

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Ten or more years of experience as a Product Manager, with ideally a minimum of five years in the CNP sector
• Five or more years of managerial experience
• Strong product management, design, and development skills
• Considerable knowledge of product/program development, pricing, implementation, and strategic analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong financial, competitive analysis, and computer skills
• Demonstrated management, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Track record in delivering revenue-enhancing initiatives, the development of new products, and the continuous improvement of existing ones
• Highly-accomplished in Go-To-Market execution, working collaboratively across the business to ensure joined-up delivery to the customer
• Experienced, comfortable, and effective operating in a matrixed organization, brokering partnerships to get things done
• Strong commercial acumen, allying insightful competitive data, deep customer understanding, and knowledge of key business needs and priorities
